How to use:

Take a few deep breaths, then mist around your body or space, focusing on your intention. Finish with a cleansing breath and a moment of gratitude. Use as often as you feel called throughout the day.

Selenite Wand (Aura cleansing): Using a selenite wand is a simple energy-cleansing ritual. Start above your head and gently sweep the wand down your body, visualizing its radiant energy purifying your aura. This practice dissolves stagnant energy and restores clarity.

Palo Santo (Invited positivity): Palo Santo is a sacred aromatic ‘holy wood’ dating back nearly 600 years. It can help raise our vibration, promote positivity and deepen our spiritual connection. Light a palo santo stick with a lighter until it starts to flame. Place in a fireproof dish or waft it around your space.
